Here we take the stress away and become the direct contact for your tenant for the duration of the tenancy.  Our full management does everything we offer on a Let Only basis and more.  This includes providing a full Inventory & Schedule of Condition, take care of the utility change over (notify energy suppliers etc.) and council tax, provide quarterly inspections, advise on annual rent reviews and manage tenancy renewals as well as collect the rent and serve the relevant Legal notices for possession.

FEES - Standard fees for the Fully Managed Service -

Our setting up fees are 50% +VAT of the first months rent which is deducted from the first months rent for each completely new Tenancy. This cost includes the cost of registering the deposit. Our commission is calculated at 10% (+VAT) for management. The management commission will be deducted from the Rent payment being monthly or quarterly.

RENEWAL - A renewal of tenancy charge is payable by the landlord and will be deducted from the monthly rent. The cost is £100 (+VAT)
