75% plus VAT of the first months rent

Full marketing on the major portals, full referencing, preparation of the tenancy agreement, set up standing order and deposit registration.

Rent Collection

50% plus VAT set up fee + 8% PCM plus VAT monthly management fee  (60% inc VAT + 9.6%PCM)  (minimum setup fee £350 plus VAT) 

Full marketing on the major portals, full referencing, preparation of the tenancy agreement, set up standing order  + Rent collection and monthly statements, Renewal Management and Deposit Registration

FullyManaged

50% plus VAT set up fee, 10% plus VAT monthly management fee

Full marketing on the major portals, full referencing, preparation of the tenancy agreement, set up standing order and deposit registration + full inventory and schedule of condition, rent collection, quarterly inspections, 24 hour maintenance, renewal contracts, gas safety/EPC/HMO compliance monitoring, legal notices served and a dedicated accounts department.

RentonTime

50% plus VAT set up fee (minimum fee £350 plus VAT) 13% plus VAT monthly management fee

Full marketing on the major portals, full referencing, preparation of the tenancy agreement, set up standing order and deposit registration + fully managed services (as above) plus guaranteed rent on the same day every month even if the tenant doesn’t pay. Full legal insurance with no excess to pay.

Continual Rent
