This where Jeffrey Ross become your tenant, manage the property and sub-let to a suitable tenant, who will be fully referenced like any other of our three services giving you total peace of mind.
We have invested heavily in this service and that is why our commercial lease is 2nd to none; it clearly identifies the role & responsibilities of both the landlord and Jeffrey Ross Limited and we put the right restrictions on the property. We will take care of all bills for the period of the lease, pay the rent even when the property is vacant and even give the place a spruce when required. Sound good?
