We will guarantee the rent on the same day every month whether your tenant pays or not! Should your tenant fall on hard times, our industry leading rent guarantee will protect you right up until we regain possession. The rent guarantee has a nil excess and will cover all your legal costs if required. This package is available to both managed and let only clients so please ask a member of staff for more information.

The management fee for Rent on Time
15% +VAT (18% inc VAT) per month with a setup fee of 50% +VAT (60% inc VAT). We will offer a rent collection service with rent on time for 8% +VAT (9.6% inc VAT) and a 50% +VAT (60% inc VAT) setup fee but without the management service.
