Corvette Court is perfectly located in-between access into Cardiff Bay and the center of Cardiff City. With excellent transport links to hand - rail & bus. Mermaid Quay is a short drive away with its vibrant nightlife and array of shopping facilities. Very close by a newly opened 'One Stop' convenience store. Our comments
We bought this property for it’s ideal location within a ten minute walk to both Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay. It also has easy access to A4232 and M4 for commuting. It was originally bought for our daughter to live in as she was working in the city centre and we felt it was a great area to live. The second bedroom was used for office space when working from home. We have been successfully renting the property to tenants for the last few years, however since our daughter has now permanently moved abroad we have decided to sell the property.Owners' comments

Every home sold in the 40 postcode sectors listed above, in the twelve months to April 2026, not only ours. The change compares each kind of home against its own kind a year earlier — detached against detached, flats against flats — because a median follows what happened to sell as much as what it is worth.
