I bought the property in 2016 as a safe place to live as a professional woman working between Cardiff and Swansea. I loved living here, waking up to the sunrise over the bay, cycling the Taff trail to work, or easy access to the M4 for work. Weekends breakfast on the balcony watching the boat races, running the Bay trail, gym and pool on site for early training. Life got in the way of my plans to stay and since 2020 I have had tenants in situ which proved to be easy to find and it has not been unoccupied since. As I am not returning to Cardiff in the future it is now time for me to sell.Owners' comments
