A delightful three bedroom mid terrace ready for its new owners to make their memories in.Our comments
The location is fantastic with great links to the nearby city centre and excellent local shops and restaurants. There is a lovely sense of community, with great neighbours we can rely on. The open plan living space and secluded rear garden have been fantastic for both day-to-day life and hosting friends and family. Being a keen cook, I love the big kitchen! We will really miss our lovely home!Owners' comments

Every home sold in the 40 postcode sectors listed above, in the twelve months to April 2026, not only ours. The change compares each kind of home against its own kind a year earlier — detached against detached, flats against flats — because a median follows what happened to sell as much as what it is worth.
