We have our own panel to help you move...
Over the years we have put together a panel of suppliers that we believe offer the best service out there. We constantly review our panel members to ensure they match the same service levels you would expect from us, as a family business. We have every part of the journey covered from Solicitors, finance, surveying and removal recommendations.
Solicitors
It is important when selecting the right solicitor that they are on the correct panel for your chosen lender. This is why we work closely with three solicitors in the area. Often buyers and seller solicitors need to be different so that there is no conflict of interest during the process.
Finance
Before you begin your property search it’s important to know what you can afford to borrow, so it is advisable to speak to an independent mortgage advisor who has access to the whole of the mortgage market to get your finances in order. This will confirm what you can borrow and influence your property search.
Surveying
Once an offer is accepted your mortgage company (if applicable) will want to carry out a mortgage valuation survey.
As a buyer, at this stage you have the option to upgrade your survey to a home buyers report or full building survey. A survey would point out any structural defects and advise on the property value.
