We promote your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location as well as our own website and to our extensive client database. We will accompany all viewings, even on the evenings and weekends. We fully vet the in going tenants and take them right through to contract. We will also register the deposit (if held by the DPS) and make sure the property complies with the latest legislation by advising you on what is required for your property.

Standard fees for the Tenant Finder Service
Our commission is calculated as the equivalent of 75% (+VAT) of the first months rent. This fee is applicable for each new Tenancy and is payable at the start of each new tenancy and is deducted from the initial rent received from the tenant. If the letting fee is more than the initial Rent then the balance must be paid to us at the commencement of the tenancy as stated in our Terms and conditions. An admin Charge of £175 +VAT (£210 INC VAT) is applicable for the new tenancy.
