We bought this flat from new, taken in by its fantastic views across Cardiff Bay and beyond. We had intended ultimately to live there but life got in the way so we've let it ever since. In this 20 year period the tenants have repeatedly commented about the views from the balcony but also about its convenient position with the ease of accessing Cardiff centre and the site's facilities. It has proven very popular and has very, very rarely been untenanted.Owners' comments
