How much is my house worth?

Is a property valuation free?
Yes. Our valuations are free and there is no obligation to instruct us afterwards. We value homes for sale and properties to let across Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Caerphilly and Bristol.
How long does a valuation take?
About thirty minutes at the property. We usually call back the same working day to arrange a time, and you get the figure and the reasoning behind it while we are there.
Do you value rental properties as well as homes for sale?
Yes. We carry out rental valuations for landlords across the same areas, covering the rent the property should achieve, how quickly it is likely to let, and what the compliance obligations will cost you.
What is the difference between an online estimate and a valuation?
An online estimate works from public data and cannot see your extension, your condition or the work you had done last year, which is usually where the difference sits. A valuation is someone standing in the room who sells in your street.
