Out of hours
Genuine emergencies only
An emergency is something that, left until the next working day, would cause serious damage, make the property unsafe or unsecure, or endanger someone. Anything else should go through the portal so it reaches the right contractor with a record attached.

- Mains water — Welsh Water on 0800 052 0130

- For anything else, call your branch during office hours

What counts as an emergency out of hours?
Anything that puts the property or your safety at risk — a serious leak, no heating in winter, no power, or a door or window that will not secure.
Where do you have properties to rent?
Cardiff, Penarth, Barry and the Vale of Glamorgan, Caerphilly, and both north and south Bristol.
