JeffreyRoss are proud as punch to offer this quite superb 5 bedroom house to the rental market in Cathays after reaching an agreement with 'Mitchell Properties' to market their houses for next year. We're not exaggerating when we say that this house is gorgeous! The landlady has made a conscious effort of making a student 'home' and this is apparent through its handsome and characterful features to include feature fireplaces, original staircases and carefully selected softer furniture to make this place one of the cosiest we have. All 5 bedrooms are extremely spacious with top-quality (and very cool!) furniture. The best part of the house is that it has TWO receptions rooms, one at the front of the house and a second, just off the kitchen - perfect for an early morning coffee break and a chat. Downstairs also offers shower room, utility space and access to the rear garden (which is HUGE!) A further bathroom is located upstairs along with four more bedrooms. At £138 per person, per week, this house is a little corker!
