Common questions
How quickly will I hear about a new property?
As soon as it is instructed. A good number of ours go to our own registered buyers and to social media before they reach Rightmove, so the alert is often the first anyone outside the office hears of it.
Do I have to register to view a property?
No. You can book a viewing on any property page without registering. Alerts are for the ones that have not come up yet.
Can I change what I am looking for later?
Yes — every alert carries a link to your own preferences, where you can change the search, pause it, or delete what we hold. You can also just call the branch.
What will you actually send me?
Properties matching what you asked for, and now and then a word about our own mortgage, valuation and lettings services. Nothing else, and never your details passed to anyone outside Jeffrey Ross. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and using it stops everything.
