How quickly will I hear about a new property?
As soon as it is instructed. A good number of ours go to our own registered buyers and to social media before they reach Rightmove, so the alert is often the first anyone outside the office hears of it.
Do I have to register to view a property?
No. You can book a viewing on any property page without registering. Alerts are for the ones that have not come up yet.
Can I change what I am looking for later?
Yes — call the branch or reply to any alert and we will change the search. It is set up by a person, not a form.
Will I be added to a mailing list?
No. You get properties matching what you asked for, and nothing else. Tell us to stop and we stop.
