The layout is generous in the way that era was — wide roads, long gardens, greens between the terraces — and the Rhymney river runs along the eastern edge with open ground beside it.
Newport Road and the A48 are both close, putting the centre of Cardiff and the M4 within a short drive, and Rumney’s shops are the next neighbourhood over.
