73 area pages, split between the branches that cover them. The copy has had a central pass — facts checked, school-catchment claims removed, the repeated openings rewritten. What it has not had is someone who knows the place reading it.

These pages are already live on the staging site with no draft warning on them, so anything you flag is something we are publishing now.

What we need — four things, and only four

Anything that is simply wrong. A street in the wrong area, a school or a shop that has closed, a station that does not exist.
Anything that reads as if written by someone who has not been there.
The “What sells here” section — is that what actually sells?
Anything missing that a buyer always asks you about.

Please don’t rewrite it. Tell us what is wrong and we will change it.
